Hur ställer jag in automatisk påfyllning av kortet?
När kortet utfärdas får du frågan om du vill lägga till automatisk påfyllning av kortet. Om du inte använde den här funktionen och vill göra det senare öppnar du avsnittet ”Kort”, väljer kortet du vill ha och trycker på ”Automatisk påfyllning”. Ange önskat belopp och tryck på ”Spara”.
Vad händer om du glömmer att fylla på kortet?
I det här fallet spärras ditt kort och kan inte låsas upp igen. Använd alternativet för automatisk påfyllning av kortet för enkelhets skull.
Hur mycket kostar det att underhålla kortet?

Hur visar jag transaktionshistoriken?
Du kan se historiken över debiteringar och insättningar på ditt konto under ”Historik”. Om du vill se kortets historik går du till ”Kort” och väljer önskat kort genom att klicka på dess ikon. Transaktionshistoriken visas längst ner.
Går det att ta ut pengar från tjänsten?
Yes, it is possible. The service charges a commission of 10% of the withdrawal amount. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is $100.
Terms of money refund from the card to the account?
The transfer of funds from the card to the account balance takes no more than 1 day.
Hur fyller jag på saldot?
Go to "Accounts" section. Enter the deposit amount (at least 100.00 USD). Click the "Top up" button. Choose the deposit method "BTC" or "USDT". Make a transfer using the provided details.
Which transactions are prohibited with cards?
Note that it is strictly prohibited to use the XCARDS service for the following operations: to transfer funds to accounts of the legal entities registered in Ukraine and the Russian Federation; to acquire cryptocurrency; to replenish payment systems, broker accounts, and currency exchange accounts; to pay for gambling/betting and dating services. In case of the rules violation your account will be blocked with no refund.

This information can be viewed in the transaction history. It is necessary to filter the history by specifying the platform you need, and see which BINs were with successful transactions.

However, it is possible to pay companies from these countries in case their merchant is located elsewhere. For example, Yandex has a branch in Switzerland (Yandex.Direct Lucern CH). Payments to Yandex in this case are allowed.
